Brent faces an intoxication manslaughter charge and left jail Sunday after posting bond. He released a statement describing himself as "devastated and filled with grief." He goes on to say, "I will live with this horrific and tragic loss every day for the rest of my life." Brent and Brown were also teammates at Illinois, when Brent pleaded guilty to a DUI in 2009.

The boys were released into their parents' custody. The 11-year-old escaped--but was caught and sent back home.

DUI charges have been filed against a Georgia Tech assistant basketball coach. Josh Posterino, 35, was arrested last Thursday on a recruiting trip to Florida. The coach says he'll be off the bench "indefinitely."
