If you had surgery at Emory Hospital between 1990 and 2007, your private information may be at risk. A search is now underway for 10 missing computer discs holding data on 315,000 surgical patients. It's not clear if the discs were stolen or misplaced. More than 200,000 Social Security numbers could be compromised. The hospital will pay for credit monitoring for everyone affected.

A medical manufacturer will spend about a billion dollars to build a production facility at a mixed use development on I-20 in Newton County, creating upwards of 1,500 jobs. Two Nashville men sue "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette," claiming they were kept off the show because they're black. The men say they were essentially ignored during a casting call last year. Their attorney, Cyrus Mehri, points out the shows have never had a person of color or any ethnicities in the title roles, asking, "How do you explain zero for 23 in the 23 seasons of this show?" Critics say the shows only cast whites because the network doesn't want to risk offending the segment of the population who don't want to see interracial dating on primetime television. The production company declares the complaint baseless.

The judge in the Trayvon Martin shooting case recuses herself over a potential conflict of interest involving her husband. He works with an attorney who had been approached by George Zimmerman's family as they looked for a lawyer to represent him. The 28-year-old shooter claims self-defense in the February killing of the unarmed 17-year-old.

The Dove Awards show for Christian and gospel music returns for the second straight year to Atlanta. Music artists ranging from Yolanda Adams, Natalie Grant to rapper Lecrae are expected to perform at the awards show, which will be taped Thursday at the Fox Theatre.

The entertainment world is remembering Dick Clark, who died yesterday of a heart attack at age 82. Janet Jackson tweets that Clark "changed the face of musical television." Music writer and producer Quincy Jones says Clark was a pioneer whose "mark on American culture will be felt forever."

Pat Summitt has stepped down as women's basketball coach at Tennessee. The 59-year old is calling it quits after 38 years on the bench and less than a year after she was diagnosed with early onset dementia-Alzheimer's type. Summitt has more victories than any college basketball coach, male or female.
