The Fate of U.G.A. Athletic Director Damon Evans is Unknown after DUI Arrest; A Flying Car?; Chris Browns' Camp Denies "Crocodile Tears" Accusation- KISS News Now!
UGA athletic director Damon Evans is apologizing after being arrested on DUI charges Wednesday night in Atlanta. Evans also says he failed miserably in being a leader and representing the University of Georgia. He was charged with DUI and failure to maintain a lane. Also in the 2009 BMW with Evans was 28-year-old Courtney Fuhrmann. She was charged with disorderly conduct after police said she repeatedly ignored warnings to stay inside the vehicle while the officer conducted a field sobriety test. Evans (the married father of two) says Fuhrmann is just a friend. It's unclear if Evans will lose his job.
Gwinnett County commission chairman Charlie Bannister is no longer facing DUI charges. This comes after blood tests results showed Bannister had no alcohol in his system at the time of his arrest Monday night.

A woman was injured in Southwest Atlanta after shots rang out at a nightclub early Friday morning. The shooting took place outside of the Figure Eight Salon on Campbellton Road around 2am. The rumors started when there were allegations that Brown's bodyguard gave him "tear inducing eye drops" before he went on stage.
