I know she's been waiting a loooooong time for him to sign that pre-nup but yesterday a story surfaced that said they were splitting. A rep for J Hud is telling blogs the story isn't true.

Jennifer Hudson has denied reports that she and her fiance David Otunga (aka “Punk” from I Love New York) have called off their wedding.
Star Magazine sparked the rumors in their latest issue, claiming that the couple were calling off their nuptials due to them “clashing over Jennifer’s career obsession, commitment issues and reluctance to have more children.”
A so-called ‘insider’ told the magazine, “They were going to tie the knot in August in Jennifer’s hometown of Chicago…but it’s not going to happen,’ an insider reveals.”
But Hudson’s publicist is shooting down those reports, telling E! News, “I can confirm that the story is not true.”
