Ted Williams faces demons with Dr. Phil.
Formerly homeless radio announcer Ted Williams, along with several members of his family, appeared on "Dr. Phil" today to discuss Williams' sobriety. The golden-voiced Williams became an overnight celebrity when
a video showing him panhandling alongside an Ohio highway and telling his story about becoming homeless went viral. Williams has since dealt with speculation about whether his claims of sobriety are true; he has said that he is no longer a substance abuser. "Dr. Phil" released a statement after the taping saying that Williams had gone into rehab.
