Michael Jackson is NOT DEAD -- he's still alive ... just like Elvis ... this according to a famous music producer who worked with MJ all the way to the possibly not-so-bitter end. 

Super producer Teddy Riley -- who worked with MJ on the "Dangerous" album and produced the song "Breaking News" on the upcoming Sony album -- has reignited the Michael Jackson conspiracy theory after twittering that he believes MJ is alive ... somewhere.

Riley wrote, "If people can think Elvis is still alive why the F#*@ I cant [sic] think Michael is still alive."

Just one day before the tweet, Riley received a message from a fan who wrote, "Akon said he believes Michael is in hiding and will be coming back one day. Im curious to know what ya think bout that."

Riley responded, "AKON IS MY FRIEND AND WE THINK ALIKE."

Oprah gives away a car that isn't even out yet (video).

*For the second time in Oprah show history, every member of her studio audience received a brand new car.

On day two of her two-part "Oprah's Favorite Things" promotion, which aired Monday, Winfrey announced that her final giveaway is a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle to all 275 members of her audience.

The car was revealed in silhouette because its official debut won't be until spring 2011. Pricing for the car has also not been announced.  VW said the vehicle is scheduled to go on sale the following fall.

Winfrey owns and drives a New Beetle and approached the automaker to arrange giving away the cars on her show, VW said in an announcement.

Volkswagen donated all the cars, plus money to cover taxes and fees for all of the audience members, the automaker said.

In 2004, Winfrey gave 276 Pontiac G6 cars to her audience. That time audience members were able to go out to the parking lot and inspect their cars immediately.

Fantasia drops a bomb in court.

Remember the rumor going around about Fantasia being pregnant? Turns out the rumor was the truth. Fantasia confirmed the pregnancy while testifying during the divorce hearing for her ex boyfirend.

*Wow. The Fantasia Barrino/Antwuan Cook story just keeps getting juicer and juicer. Or sadder and sadder, depending on your point of view.

According to online reports, on Monday, in court, under oath, Fantasia testified to aborting her unborn child with Cook, around the time she attempted suicide.

The bombshell confession came during her ex-lover's divorce hearing with his ex-wife Paula Cook.

Barrino acknowledges they dated "off and on for about 11 months" but was told by Cook that he was separated from his wife.

Paula cook is attempting to cash-in on an obscure North Carolina law that allows a cheated on spouse to file an Alienation of Affection lawsuit.

Alienation of Affection is a law recognized by only seven states and North Carolina is one of them.

During the divorce proceedings, Paula Cook's lawyer questioned Barrino about her relationship with Antwuan Cook, trying to show that Fantasia knew he was married. To prove her assertion, Mrs. Cook's attorney claimed that Barrino and Cook reserved a hotel room a few days after they met, which according to her, illustrated that Barrino knew he was married. However, Barrino and Cook have continued to claim they were together only after Cook and his wife separated.
