Should Holyfield fight again?

Evander Holyfield has been offered a fight with WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev in December.
My opinion is DON'T DO IT!
Not that Evander can't win but he's turning 46 on October19th and the guy he's going to fight is 7 feet tall 300 pounds.
Do you think he should? SOUND OFF ATL...
