Neighbors said they approached a window and they could see the woman on the floor and she was dead. That's when he said they called Gwinnett County police.

Gwinnett County police are trying to find the person who stabbed a 64-year-old woman to death in her own home.

Parviz Moledina’s body was found Wednesday evening. Police think she is the victim of a random home invasion.

Police say an officer spotted Moledina’s station wagon at Sugarloaf Mills Mall Thursday, but surveillance video didn't capture any suspects.

"He noticed two young men inside. He didn't get a good description of the people. As soon as the tag came back and confirmed it was the stolen vehicle, he returned the vehicle but the two people were already gone," said Cpl. Jake Smith with the Gwinnett County Police Department.

Police said they are working on several theories, but at this point they haven't identified a suspect or confirmed a motive.
