We would like to invite patrons and members of the community to the Back2Basics EXTREME training sessions. These sessions will run from December through February until our regular Back2Basics sessions return in March All Sessions will run from 8:00am - 9:30am on Saturday's at Kedron Fieldhouse, Court #1 These classes will be open to ages 8 to 18(Participants will be separated into two age groups, 8-12 and 13-18 The classes will consist of using various training and conditioning aids such as:resisting belts, D-Mans, weighted vest, weighted balls, hurdles, beach-balls, blocking dummy, various exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, etc.) The requirements to participate in Back2Basics EXTREME are that you must have taken the Back2Basics classes in the past or be in good shape.
