The best time to burn calories is first thing in the morning. When you work out early in the morning you will burn 200-300 more calories, lose weight faster and have energy all day. Extreme Boot Camp will take your body to another level, build lean muscle, and a stronger core. Prerequisite: A physician's clearance is strongly recommended for participants who have been physically inactive, or those who are under a physician's care for any major injury, illness or condition. Supplies: A separate fee of $10 is payable to the instructor on the first day of class for workout bands. Participants will also need to bring an exercise mat and/or towel, weight training gloves, a pair of 5-8 lb. hand weights, and plenty of water. Attire: Warm workout clothing (dress in layers) and tennis shoes.
