Comprised of the Yonne, Nièvre, Côte d’Or, and Saône-et-Loire; it boasts a wealth of spectacular vineyards and a long culinary tradition of earthy, comforting cooking. Tonight students will be introduced to the gastronomic secrets of this magical and majestic region as they explore recipes for the region’s greatest hits, plus taste a selection of spectacular wines and cheeses.
