PetSmart’s annual pet party, held at all PetSmart stores throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, returns on Oct. 20th at 3 p.m. Pet parents and pets can join in on Halloween-fun festivities including a costumed pet parade and a Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest with a chance to win a gift card prize, and free goodie bags for the first 100 pets to arrive.
