Oct. 16 •• 6 – 9pmAn Evening with Watershed on Peachtree Restaurant•• Hands-OnJoe Truex of Watershed on Peachtree Restaurant Louisiana-born Chef Joe Truex has been described as “a brilliant chef who truly understands Southern food culture, with a commitment to seasonal, local, and sustainably sourced ingredients.” Tonight students will work hands-on with Chef Truex to prepare a special menu that’s bursting with seasonal fall flavor. Special wines will be served.
